A New Cousin!

So it is in our family that for the past 6 1/2 years we have been the only ones with any children. None of Thad's brothers are married and thus have no children. On my side my older brother is not married and he is not interested in having children at this time. My younger brother Casey is married, but he and his wife, Kendra, haven't had children due to finishing educational degrees and a frustrating amount of time spent waiting to actually get the news they were pregnant. Well, it finally happened...my kids now have a cousin! Casey and Kendra welcomed a little girl, Claire, into the family on Friday, November 21. She had a scary and dramatic entrance into this world, but she is here and both mom and her are doing fine. Mason and Malia were so excited to get to meet Claire and hold her, Mason especially. He is now very excited for the arrival of his new baby sister, and can't wait for that time! We are so happy to have Claire in our family! She is beautiful and so sweet! Congratulations and thanks Casey and Kendra!
