Since we have two kids with June birthdays and so much of our family lives close, we like to invite them to celebrate the kids' birthdays with us. To keep the costs down, we always have one big party for both Mason and Malia. This year, as the kids are getting older, and more diverse in the things that they like, we were able to settle on a Nemo and Dory cake. Mason really would have liked Hot Wheels or Spiderman, and Malia, Hello Kitty or Princess. See what I mean, diverse?!
They had lots of fun celebrating their birthdays with their grandmas and grandpas and aunts and uncles. They were even able to share the day with their dad and grandpas since we had the party on Father's Day.
